Every set is packed by hand within one to two business days. Canadian orders arrive in three to six business days; anything over $250 ships complimentary. Exact rates are calculated at checkout against your address.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us. If a tracking number has not moved after five business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Unworn, unwashed sets with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size or colourway are handled the same way — tell us which one you would like and we will hold it while your return travels.
Sale items and gift cards are final. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return reaches us, usually within five business days of arrival.
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details, shipping address and confirmation that payment cleared. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never touch our website or our records.
We do not sell customer data. Marketing email is opt-in and every message carries an unsubscribe link. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email hello@thesyahouse.com.
